Trey W. Kanaman previously served as the Senior Director of Engineering at the Greenville site within the Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector of L3Harris. In this role, Trey led a dedicated engineering team comprising over 2,000 professionals, overseeing all technical facets of operations.

Trey joined L3Harris in 2012, and prior to assuming his most recent position, he held the role of Chief Engineer for the ISR and Strike Group (ISG), where he played a central role in shaping the technical direction and success of critical projects.

Before joining L3Harris, Trey worked as a Systems Engineer at Rockwell Collins in Richardson, Texas, where he contributed to the development and delivery of advanced systems solutions.
Trey holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas – Dallas.

With over 18 years of technical and management expertise, Trey has led cross-functional teams on diverse projects for a wide range of customers and programs, both domestically and internationally. His strategic vision, technical acumen, and collaborative leadership style have been instrumental in driving innovation and achieving operational excellence across various domains.
