Mr. Anderson has served as Site Leader for Operations at Sparton Corporation since August 2019. In this position, he has been responsible for providing strategic alignment and tactical direction for the company’s operation’s department, which included sonobuoy production, quality management, logistics, equipment maintenance, manufacturing support engineering and Continuous Improvement. He provided extended experience in quality and operations management while also serving in technical roles since joining the company in May 2016.
With over 22 years in various manufacturing industries, Mr. Anderson has served as Global Lean Deployment Manager at SunEdison, a solar equipment manufacturer, for over five years. Previously, he was a Six Sigma Black Belt for Caterpillar and a Project Manager for US Bio Energy, a renewables company. He began his career at Bobcat Company, then a subsidiary of Ingersoll-Rand, where he held various engineering positions.
He holds a M.B.A. from University of Tennessee, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Minnesota State University – Moorhead and an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Technology from North Dakota State College of Science. He is also certified several times as a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Global Change Manager and is the co-sponsor of Sparton’s Employee Engagement Committee.
