Nicole  Hockley is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. Joining Sparton as the Director, Human Resources in January 2023, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and a well-rounded business perspective to her role. Her career journey began in sales and operations before transitioning into Human Resources, allowing her to approach HR with a deep understanding of business operations.

Prior to joining Sparton, Nicole held a key position in a global organization with diverse operations in manufacturing, distribution, and sales. Her most recent role was as the Director of HR at a private equity-backed startup, where she spearheaded the development of the HR shared services strategy for 30 portfolio companies and led successful acquisition and integration processes.

Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca).
