Mike Malinowski is Vice President of Business Development for Sparton Corporation.  Mike is a customer focused executive with a track record of delivering advanced C4ISR solutions across the DOD. His expertise spans engineering, technology development, field operations, program management and business development.  Mr. Malinowski’s career has been characterized by her ability to drive organizational success through innovation, collaboration, and strategic vision.


Prior to joining Sparton, Mr. Malinowski served in several leadership roles at Boeing and General Dynamics where he led teams focused on delivering advanced ISR and C2 solutions to the DOD.  He also served as the Vice President of Business Development at Mercury Systems when the company grew dramatically over a 5-year period.   Mike has also worked with a couple of not-for-profit research institutes serving briefly at Battelle Memorial Institute as the Director of BD for advanced RF in addition to serving as the Director of the Space Enterprise Consortium (SpEC) which was a $12B OTA supporting Space Systems Command, delivering around $1B in advanced space prototypes.


Mike Malinowski is a veteran who served 10 years in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Technician.  During his service was deployed multiple times to various airborne, surface, subsurface, and tactical ground based platforms.  


Mr. Malinowski holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Georg Mason University in Fairfax, VA, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems/Computer Science from University of Maryland, University College, Adelphi MD. "
