Mr.  Koleff is responsible for physical security, government security, security investigations, classified system certification and inspections, export compliance programs, crisis management operations, personnel security clearance processing, and security awareness and training. Provides recommendations for preventative or corrective actions on security issues to executive management and the board of directors.

Mr. Koleff is a prior Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) law enforcement Senior Executive, Supervisory Special Agent with over 30 years of FBI  service. Directed program management for investigative and intelligence  squads covering national security matters – with oversight of counterterrorism, counterintelligence, SWAT, Cyber, Weapons of Mass  Destruction, bomb threat and transportation security programs. He guided tactical planning efforts for international and domestic counterterrorism,  counterintelligence, cyber intrusion, and WMD cases. He led the FBI Field Office’s Counterterrorism Joint Terrorism Task Force comprised of task force officers from numerous partner agencies. Optimized investigative and collection efforts directed at terrorism subjects by coordinating and overseeing intelligence activities including  technical collection, human source coverage, investigative actions, and  techniques and identified, pursued, and defeated cyber adversaries using  world class capabilities and partnerships. Mr. Koleff directed field office inspections, national program and shooting reviews to include investigative,  intelligence, financial, leadership, and administrative programs to ensure  their economic value and compliance with FBI standards. Served on FBI  Shooting Incident Review Board investigating use of force by Special  Agents.

Mr. Koleff has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and also was a member of the FBI’s Special Weapons and Tactics and Evidence  Response Teams.
