Casey  Richardson is the Sr. Director of Business Operations at Sparton. Casey is a highly successful executive with over two decades of experience working in National Security and Defense. His expertise is in the areas of Government compliance, Government affairs, contract management, Information Technology, infrastructure and cybersecurity, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to accepting his role at Sparton in 2023, Mr Richardson joined Sparton's Parent company, Elbit America in 2009 and served in various  leadership positions.  Before Elbit  America, Mr Richardson held various leadership roles in the private sector  and was an Air Force Officer.

Casey holds a Masters of Business Administration from Wilmington University, a Bachelors of Science from The Pennsylvania State University and  executive Training from Georgetown University.
