Brooksville, Florida location earns Raytheon’s supplier honors

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–December 8, 2014–Sparton Corporation (NYSE:SPA), an industry leader in the design and manufacture of highly-complex electronic and electromechanical devices was recognized for their outstanding performance as a supplier to Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) for performance during 2013.

Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) business instituted the annual Supplier Excellence Awards program to recognize suppliers who have provided outstanding service and partnership in exceeding customer requirements. Award candidates are judged on certain criteria, including overall quality, on-time delivery and demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement. A 3-Star recognition is the one of the highest levels of recognition the Space and Airborne Systems business supplier can achieve for excellence in quality and performance.
