Sparton has an immediate opening for a Senior Quality Engineer to support new business. The Quality Engineer will be involved in developing processes for inspection of circuit card assemblies, process control auditing, receiving inspection, first article inspection of assemblies, SPC data collection, and return material authorization process coordination. This position will also lead/participate in continuous improvement activities such as Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma.

Software Engineer -- DeLeon Springs, Florida
The Software Engineer will support new embedded/real time software design efforts and maintenance of existing software systems in a R&D as well as manufacturing oriented environment. RF Electrical Engineer -- DeLeon Springs, Florida
Sparton Electronics has an opening for a Senior RF Electrical Engineer. This RF Engineer will design and develop a synthesized multi-channel, half-octave, class C, D or E, 136-174 MHz VHF FM transmitter using surface mount components for a water-borne transceiver of 1.5W or 6W RF output power that has miniscule current drain, while impedance matching the final TX stage into a unique sea-water monopole antenna.

Our engineer will also design and develop a UHF AM receiver at 300 MHz using a single conversion IC with a synthesized PLL local oscillator, or other approach. Surface mount components are utilized in design and low power drain is paramount. Our RF Electrical Engineer must be able to define critical project criteria to ensure project completion and use creativity to resolve complex issues. This position requires a person who has demonstrated leadership skills, has a working knowledge of business and customer requirements, and has demonstrated exceptional communications skills in bids and proposals.

Qualified candidates need a BSEE with a minimum of 10 years experience and should have knowledge developing circuit designs for low-cost, high-volume products with emphasis on RF design and quality.
